It was a delight to bring a wellness break to the system impacted Fellow’s at All Square. Using the wisdom of aromatherapy we explored the properties of essential oils to bring us calm, balance, or invigoration. This is a useful intuitive tool for adults and children. An invitation from Creative Kuponya to work with Children of Incarcerated Care Givers (CIC), was a great opportunity to see kids guide themselves to their inner wisdom!
